Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Brain Shaper Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Brain Shaper", "we", "us") through this website or directly with our team.

DMIT software, mobile app, franchise & services

• All payments for DMIT software, the DMIT mobile app, franchise packages, report customisation, algorithms, counselling training and related services are non-refundable.
• Please book a free demo and clarify all your questions with our team before you pay.

Hidden Potential Test

• Payments for the Hidden Potential Test are non-refundable once the payment is successful.
• After payment you get access to the test form straight away. Your report is sent to your email after you submit the test.
• If you have trouble taking the test or haven't received your report, contact us and we will help you complete it.

Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful.
• If you leave the payment page before paying, no order is created and nothing is charged.

Duplicate or failed payments

• If money is deducted from your account but the payment fails, or you are charged more than once for the same order, the extra or failed amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• To report such a case, contact us with your name, registered mobile number, date of payment and transaction ID.
